These terms govern your use of the KAYANAK Cars ("KAYANAK", "we") website, app and services. By using the website or app, or by sending any request, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the services.
Our services
- An online car showroom: cars offered by KAYANAK and by showrooms and dealers, at stated prices.
- Sell your car: you send your car's details, we arrange an inspection and show it to interested dealers.
- Car wash at your location, inside our service areas.
- The marketer programme and the dealer and sales-representative portals, which have their own terms at registration.
Your account
- You sign in with a code sent to your email. You are responsible for the accuracy of your details and for the use of your account.
- You can ask to delete your account from the account page at any time.
- We may suspend an account used for fraud, abuse or a breach of these terms.
Cars and prices
- The price shown is the cash price in Saudi riyals and includes VAT unless stated otherwise.
- We take care over details and photos, but they are for illustration. Mileage, colour or details may differ slightly from the car itself, and we advise you to inspect the car before buying.
- Listing a car is not a commitment to sell it. It may be sold or reserved, or its price may change, before your request is completed.
- If a price or description is wrong, we tell you, and you may confirm the request with the correct details or cancel it.
- Cars listed by showrooms and dealers are the responsibility of their owner. KAYANAK acts as an intermediary in listing them unless the car is stated to be owned by KAYANAK.
Enquiries and buying
- Sending an enquiry or request is not a sale contract and does not reserve the car. Our team contacts you to complete the steps.
- A sale is made by a documented contract and transfer of ownership under Saudi regulations. Payment and delivery are agreed with our team.
- We do not take payments through the website at present. Do not transfer any amount without official confirmation from KAYANAK.
Financing
Financing is provided by partner finance providers and is subject to their approval. The figures shown are estimates. Details are on the Financing terms page, which forms part of these terms.
Selling your car
- You confirm that you own the car or are authorised to sell it, and that the details and photos you send are true.
- Dealer offers are not binding until the car is inspected and the final price agreed. You may accept or decline any offer.
- Your mobile number is not shown to dealers. Contact goes through KAYANAK.
Car wash
- A booking sets the service, place and time. The price shown at booking applies, and payment is made when the team arrives.
- You can cancel or change a booking before its time from your bookings page or by contacting us.
- We may cancel or move an appointment for reasons outside our control, and we will tell you.
- Remove valuables from the car before the service. We are not responsible for damage the car already had.
Acceptable use
- Do not use the services for an unlawful purpose, send false information, attempt unauthorised access or collect data by automated means.
- The website's text, images, designs and marks belong to KAYANAK or their owners and may not be copied or republished without permission.
Limits of liability
- We provide the services "as is" with reasonable care, and we do not guarantee that they are free of interruption or error.
- We are not liable for indirect losses or for events outside our control.
- Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have under Saudi law, including consumer protection regulations.
Complaints
Contact us through the Contact page or at [email protected]. We aim to reply as soon as we can.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date of the last update is shown at the top of the page. Continuing to use the services after an update means you accept it.
Governing law
